How we use
your details.

The enquiry forms are a way to contact Adam Henderson about Nexum and its brands.

What the form records

Your name, email address, selected brand and enquiry type, the optional information you provide, a reference and the date of submission. We also record the selected product, the page you contacted us from and any campaign labels included in that link. Property location and type are requested where relevant to the enquiry.

What those details are used for

To understand, review and respond to your enquiry. If you register interest in a planned course, product or service, the details also let Adam contact you about that programme or product as it develops. Submitting a form does not create a booking, paid membership or contract.

Who can see the enquiry

Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and displayed in an inbox restricted to the Nexum site owner. They are not published on the website. Website hosting and storage providers process the information needed to run this service.

Email confirmations and alerts

When an email sender is connected, the website can send your enquiry confirmation and a private alert to Adam. A delivery record lets us check failed attempts. The form tells you whether an automatic confirmation is available; you can also download a receipt.

Website activity

We count page views, main-link clicks and form starts by page and product to understand which offers are useful. These counters do not set analytics cookies or use visitor identifiers. We do not include names, email addresses or enquiry text in these activity counts, and honour the browser’s Do Not Track signal. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

What to leave out

Please do not include tenant names, account statements, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive records. A short description is enough for the first conversation.

Questions, corrections or removal

Email adam@nexumhq.co.uk, quoting your enquiry reference if available, to ask about your details, request a correction or removal, or stop receiving updates about your expression of interest.
